Joe Hendry defeated Nic Nemeth at TNA Genesis 2025 to capture the title in the main event.
During the match, Frankie Kazarian came out with his Call Your Shot title opportunity, ready to insert himself into the match while both men were down. Before that became an official cash-in, John “Bradshaw” Layfield came out and clotheslined him.
