Rich Swann Receives Six Months Probation In Disorderly Intoxication Case

In June, Rich Swann was arrested in Florida for being publicly intoxicated and causing a nuisance.

According to public court records, Swann has pleaded no contest to the charges and received a six-month probation sentence. He was also fined $203 after already paying other fines related to the incident. The case has been closed.

Swann’s arrest transpired in Altamonte Springs when he attempted to forcefully enter an apartment that didn’t belong to him.

The police report stated that he aggressively banged on Zane Hoskins’ door and insisted it was his house. Hoskins warned Swann that he had a gun, and Swann left.

Following his arrest on June 8, Swann entered a substance abuse program. As a result of the incident, he is currently suspended from TNA Wrestling.
