Matt and Jeff Hardy may be riding high as the new TNA World Tag Team Champions, but the brothers have plans for life after the ring.
At Bound for Glory 2024, the Hardys captured the gold in Full Metal Mayhem against ABC (Ace Austin & Chris Bey) and The System (Brian Myers and Eddie Edwards).
In a recent interview with “TheOneMona,” Jeff shared that he plans to pursue his musical talents further after he finishes wrestling. He said,
“I’m really working hard. I’ve been involved with music since 2010. I put out my first album with my band out of Ohio and I got like four different musical projects going on. I’ve written so much in the last six months. I’m starting to learn about range and tone and where I can and can’t go, so I’m really working hard on that – to find my zone that’s going to be good for me to stay in with the music. I’ve been doing at least one acoustic show a month.”
As for Matt, while he knows his time in the ring will end, he plans on remaining a part of professional wrestling even if he isn’t in action. He said,
“I’ll end up working behind the scenes as a producer, as an agent, or a writer, something in creative. I’ll drive Hardy Boyz [generation] two around, drive them to the towns.”
