During this week’s episode of WWE’s “The Bump”, WWE NXT Superstar Tony D’Angelo commented on his appearance on the “Lashing Out with Lash Legend” segment during Wednesday night’s episode of NXT 2.0. According D’Angelo, he and “producer” Mark are good friends and he claims he had nothing to do with Mark’s injury.
You can check out some highlights from the show below:
On Mark and his injury: “Look, me and Mark are good friends. All this stuff about me kidnapping him and, you know, it was an unfortunate accident that he fell down the stairs so his arm was a little messed up, but me and him, we’re pals. He was just a little nervous because he’s on TV. He’s usually behind the scenes. I had to give him a little nudge so he didn’t embarrass himself. That’s all, but we’re good.”
On if he would be willing to bankroll Duke Hudson’s Poker Room: “Well. I try to be as approachable as possible, but I feel a little disrespected that I wasn’t invited to this game. So, me and Duke might have to have a few words, but, you know, we’ll see. That’s for another time.”
