After AEW President Tony Khan purchased ROH, many wondered when a television deal for the promotion could be reached.
During an interview with Wrestling Observer ahead of All Out, Khan gave an update regarding ROH and the status of a weekly television show.
“I don’t have anything to announce. It’s something we’re still working on and actively excited about. And where that could live and where it might live, I don’t know yet.”
Khan stated he feels optimistic about the company’s growth following the success of Death Before Dishonor. He revealed the pay-per-view did 400,000 buys and said it helped the company get more exposure. He then teased more ROH pay-per-views in the future.
“The Ring of Honor pay-per-views will be continuing and I’m really excited to keep doing what I think have been some of the best Ring of Honor pay-per-views ever.”
