Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Daniel Bryan is pushing for more WWE NXT call-ups to the SmackDown roster.
The former WWE Champion has had a significant creative role on the blue brand for several months now.
Per the report, the reason for this push by Bryan is due to a way to freshen things up on the show. It should be noted that there’s no word on who Bryan has pushed for to be called up.
