Plans for the Ezekiel character were reportedly dropped as soon as Triple H became WWE’s Head of Talent Relations.
Ezekiel, the “brother” of Elias, debuted in April this year and feuded with Kevin Owens.
Zeke has not competed since the August 8, 2022 episode of RAW, when he was destroyed by Owens after a match.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that after Triple H rose to power in late July, he didn’t waste time ending the Ezekiel character.
“Elias returns on RAW on 10/17. He needed time off to grow back his beard and hair from the Ezekiel character. HHH pretty much dropped Ezekiel as soon as he got power.”
Ezekiel’s brother Elias will return on next week’s episode of WWE Monday Night RAW.
