Tyler Bate has seemingly confirmed that he will be staying on SmackDown after making his debut on the blue brand during this week’s show.
On the New Year’s Revolution edition of SmackDown, Bate was the mystery partner of Butch and the pair defeated Pretty Deadly.
Speaking after his debut on SmackDown, Bate indicated that he has officially moved to the SmackDown roster. He said,
“Finally, it’s been a long time coming but the big strong boi has finally arrived on SmackDown, and I am here to stay!”
Bate was the first WWE United Kingdom Champion and the final NXT UK Champion. He is also a former NXT UK and NXT Tag Team Champion.
