Jeff Hardy has been charged with Driving While License Canceled/Suspended/Revoked, Violation of Restrictions Placed on Drivers License, and DUI Alcohol/Drugs Third Offense Within 10 Years.
Pwinsider is reporting that the motion to postpone Hardy’s scheduled pre-trial hearing regarding his DUI arrest in Florida was approved by the court on December 20. The rescheduled hearing will be on January 18, 2023.
The primary charge is a felony under Florida law and punishable by up to five years imprisonment, should Hardy be convicted, while the others would fall under misdemeanors.
