Kenny Omega announced on Friday that he will be taking an indefinite break after he was diagnosed with diverticulitis.
On today’s edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer provided more details about Omega’s condition prior to his hospitalization. It is unclear whether Omega has undergone surgery just yet, but he went to the hospital on Friday, suspecting another hernia, which he had previously dealt with in 2022.
Omega was experiencing bloating and thought it was due to a poor diet. Omega had been in a lot of pain for quite some time before seeking medical attention.
