Update On Tammy ‘Sunny’ Sytch’s Other Lawsuits Following DUI Manslaughter Sentence

WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch previously pleaded guilty to one count of DUI causing death (DUI Manslaughter, a felony in the third degree), one count of causing death while operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked driver’s license (a felony in the third degree), four counts of DUI causing injury to a person, and three counts of DUI for a fatal car accident that took place back in March 2022.

Sytch was sentenced to 17 years in prison this past month in her DUI manslaughter case, and a new report has notes on her criminal lawsuits in other states.

Sytch has no outstanding charges against her in Pennsylvania, where she had several legal issues in past years, although she owes thousands of dollars in restitution to the state from those cases.

It was ruled earlier in July that Sytch would have to pay the state back but no payments have been made of late.

Sytch has charges pending in New Jersey, where the state has been waiting to see what happened with the Florida criminal charges that she was sentenced for before deciding on whether to proceed or not.

Regarding her civil cases, Sytch was among those dropped from the lawsuit filed by Jane Olivova, who was a passenger in another car hit during the accident. Geico, which is Olivova’s insurance company, is named as a defendant in the suit.

The lawsuit filed by the estate for Julian Lasseter is currently active against Sytch and her fiancé James Pente. However, no court hearings are scheduled for that lawsuit.
