UPDATE: We reported earlier here on eWn that Patrick Clark (Velveteen Dream in WWE NXT) was arrested on August 26th for possession of drug paraphernalia. As it turns out, that wasn’t his only arrest in the month of August.

It has now been revealed that he was also arrested just days earlier on August 20th for First Degree Battery and Trespassing on property after a warning. Both of those charges are first-degree misdemeanors.

For the August 20th arrest, Clark pleaded not guilty and bonded out for $1,200 on August 22nd. While there was an arraignment hearing for the charges scheduled for September 28th at 1 PM ET, it has been canceled. The victim in the case is listed in the records as requesting confidentiality per Marcy’s Law. For those unaware, Marcy’s Law is defined by the Florida State Constitution as:

“The right to prevent the disclosure of information or records that could be used to locate or harass the victim or the victim’s family, or which could disclose confidential or privileged information of the victim.”
