Chris Masters, real name Chris Adonis, has revealed on Twitter that WWE hasn’t yet to contact him for a potential surprise appearance at the 2023 Royal Rumble pay-per-view event on January 28th. He wrote:
“Sorry to say I have not been contacted for The Rumble and will almost certainly not be taking part at this point.”

Last year, AEW talent AQA announced her decision to take a hiatus from wrestling following her contract signing in February 2022. Fightful Select reports that AEW has officially removed AQA from their roster page. Her contract with the company has reportedly expired. As for KiLynn King, she is still a free agent at the moment. King recently appeared for AEW, NWA, and Impact Westling.
According to a report from Pwinsider, former Chief Strategy Officer of Impact Wrestling, Eric Sherman was spotted dining in Los Angeles earlier this week with the top three executives of Anthem Sports & Entertainment, namely, Len Asper, Ed Nordholm, and Anthony Cicione. Anthem is the parent company of Impact Wrestling and Invicta Fighting Championships.
