Dave Meltzer reported Vince McMahon tore up the script several times before the show. It was also being rewritten just a couple of hours before they went on the air.
WrestlingNews.co reports the original plan for Raw did not include Bobby Lashley wrestling Kofi Kingston. It was added the idea to have Lashley lose via a distraction finish was decided on an hour before the show.
