Following last night’s episode of AEW Dynamite, Cody Rhodes came to the ring to cut a post-show promo but he was followed by Tony Khan and The Dark Order to celebrate his birthday. The Dark Order wound up bringing out a giant cake to the ring. QT Marshall and Aaron Solow came out and interrupted the segment, but the babyfaces took them out.
It should also be noted that Cody Rhodes came out to speak to the live crowd before the show went live.
