Toby Keith, the legendary country music singer with ties to professional wrestling, has died at the age of 62 after a battle with stomach cancer.
While best known for his music career, Keith has strong ties to the world of wrestling. In 2002, he appeared during the first NWA:TNA pay-per-view event.
Keith’s performance on the show was interrupted by Jeff Jarrett. Keith got his revenge later in the show by costing Jarrett in a battle royal.
Keith was also a guest host of WWE Monday Night RAW in October 2010.
