Former WWE Superstar Curtis Axel has shared his real-life issues with Konnan, who according to the Nexus alum, is a “piece of s**t.”
On a recent edition of the “Monte and the Pharoah” podcast, Axel didn’t hold back with his take on the Mexican wrestling legend. He said,
“This dude said I was not entertaining. I don’t even know what he said. He just tweeted I was not entertaining, I was boring, whatever, not over, whatever. I tweeted him back saying, ‘Did you blow yourself up writing that tweet? Because I know you blew yourself up wrestling my dad. You’ve never been s**t.’… He’s a piece of s**t, I don’t care about him.”
Konnan’s comment about Axel came via a tweet in 2015 when the second-generation Superstar was still a part of WWE.
Axel’s time with WWE ended in April 2020. He returned as a producer in April 2022 but parted the role after three months.
Earlier this year, Axel spoke about joining the Nexus in 2010 and working with the faction. Click here to find out what he had to say.
