As we’ve been reporting here on eWn, Donovan Dijak is a free agent after his WWE deal expired on June 28.
Dijak confirmed that WWE did not negotiate with him and informed him of their decision not to renew his contract at the eleventh hour, which expired on Friday.
Since attaining free agency, Dijak has been keeping himself busy. The former WWE Superstar debuted at the Blitzkrieg Pro event on Saturday and was present backstage at AEW x NJPW: Forbidden Door 2024 the following night.
Earlier today, The New England Pro Wrestling Academy posted on its official Twitter account, announcing the addition of Dijak to their esteemed training staff. This exclusive partnership offers students a unique opportunity to benefit from Dijak’s expertise.
The academy tweeted, ”We are proud to welcome the newest addition to our training staff @DijakWWE ! Here at NEPWA we strive to give our students the best education money can buy. Want to be a pro wrestler? Come join our team, sign up now at http://NEProWrestling.com”
It remains to be seen what Dijak’s next move will be following his departure from WWE.
