Nick Hogan has officially been sentenced on charges relating to his DUI arrest in Florida in late 2023.
We reported last week here on eWn that Hogan changed his plea in the case to plead guilty to a violation of Florida’s Move Over Act.
In court today, Hogan was sentenced to a year of probation with an alcohol monitoring system for the first 120 days. He was also issued a $1,000 fine and will need to take a 12 hour Advanced Driving Instruction class. Once he completes the latter, his license won’t be suspended.
The son of Hulk Hogan apologized to the Clearwater Police Department and the court.
Finally, it was added that he can request a release from probation after six months.
