As we previously reported here on eWn, Nick Hogan was arrested back in November on charges of misdemeanor DUI. Police in Clearwater, Florida pulled him over during the wee hours of the morning after he attended a bikini contest at his father’s bar and restaurant.
Hogan has been charged with misdemeanor DUI and entered a not guilty plea.
Pwinsider is reporting that Hogan has a pre-trial hearing scheduled for May 29 before Pinellas County Court. It was originally pushed to June before being moved to this date.
Hogan waived his right to a speedy trial back in January.
