As we previously reported here on eWn, Nick Hogan was arrested back in November on charges of misdemeanor DUI. Police in Clearwater, Florida, pulled him over during the wee hours of the morning after he attended a bikini contest at his father’s bar and restaurant.
Hogan has been charged with misdemeanor DUI and entered a not guilty plea.
Pwinsider is reporting that Hogan is scheduled to appear in court this Thursday for a hearing during which he will change his not guilty plea.
It remains uncertain whether this change in plea is part of an agreement with the prosecution.
