Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns vs. Logan Paul was booked at this year’s WWE Crown Jewel event. The following is the play-by-play coverage of the match:
They locked up and Paul took him down only for Reigns to do that to him. Reigns knocked him down with a right hand. Reigns with a powerslam then started toying with Paul. Paul with some body shots then a hip toss. Paul hit a crossbody to Reigns off the barricade. Paul hit the Buckshot Lariat for 2. Paul with a spring board move, but Reigns punched him. Reigns with a back suplex.
Reigns had him in a chinlock and was talking trash. Paul with an exploader powerslam. Paul with a series of back elbows then went for a body slam. Paul with a blockbuster for 2. Paul with a superman punch to Reigns and then a crossbody off the top rope then a standing moonsault for a near fall.
Reigns with a rock bottom for 2. Reigns failed to hit the superman punch and Paul hit him with a big right hand then the superman punch for 2. Paul put Reigns on the announce table and filmed himself jumping off the top rope to put Reigns through the table. The Usos laid out some of the guys from Impaulsive. Jake Paul came out to lay them out with right hands. Logan with a frog splash off the top rope to Reigns for a near fall. Solo Sikoa came out and was separated from Jake. Logan with an outside dive to take out The Usos. Back in the ring, Reigns hit the superman punch and the spear for the win.
