Josh Briggs and Brooks Jensen were back on this week’s episode of WWE NXT 2.0 to continue celebrating capturing the WWE NXT UK Tag Team Championships.
While the newly-crowned champions were cutting a promo, they were interrupted by Pretty Deadly. This led to a back-and-forth, where Briggs and Jensen told Ashton Smith and Oliver Carter that they’d gladly give them a rematch once Smith is able to return from a knee injury.
Eventually, Kit Wilson and Elton Prince came out and took several shots at Briggs and Jensen for lowering the prestige of the titles.

This week’s episode of WWE NXT 2.0 was headlined by Bron Breakker and Cameron Grimes coming face-to-face prior to their match at next week’s Great American Bash themed episode of WWE NXT 2.0.
The segment became heated after Grimes referenced Breakker’s father (Rick Steiner), telling Bron that his father had “no heart” and that’s the reason why he never became a world champion.
At that point, Breakker attacked Grimes. While Grimes was able to avoid a charge into the corner, the turnbuckle snapped. Grimes then grabbed Breakker and threw his shoulder into the exposed turnbuckle.
The show went off the air with WWE’s medical staff checking on Breakker, while Grimes told the doctors to make sure Bron will be ready for their match next week.
