Dolph Ziggler vs. Bron Breakker for the NXT Championship was booked at this year’s WWE NXT Stand & Deliver event. The following is the play-by-play coverage of the match:
Breakker beat him down in the early going. Bron went for a spear, but Roode grabbed his leg. Back in the ring, Bron hit a back powerslam. Ziggler beat down the challenger for a few minutes. Bron with a spear. Ziggler tossed him to the floor then Bron got back in and Ziggler hit a fameasser. Bron with a powerslam, but Roode pulled Ziggler out of the ring on the pin attempt. Bron with an outside dive to take them both out. Ziggler with the zig-zag for a near fall. Ziggler with an elbow drop. Ziggler knocked him down then went for a superkick, but Bron saw it coming. Bron with a spear then the powerslam finisher, but Ziggler blocked and hit a superkick for the win.
Winner: Dolph Ziggler – Still Champion
