According to a report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE was originally planning to split up The Street Profits during the WWE Draft. As you’d expect, many fans and some backstage felt there was no reason for it.
The decision was likely going to be made because the company often keeps couples together. Of course, Bianca Belair was moved to RAW to continue her feud with Becky Lynch and Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins were on the SmackDown brand. The original plan had Ford moving to RAW, with Dawkins staying on SmackDown. Ultimately, both members of The Street Profits were moved to RAW.
