Damian Priest “injured” Cody Rhodes during the opening segment of this week’s episode of WWE RAW.
The segment ended with Priest and JD McDonagh attacking Rhodes, with Priest slamming the latter’s chair-wrapped ankle with another chair.
It’s worth noting that Michael Cole announced later in the show that Cody suffered an “ankle injury” during the attack. Despite this, Cody Rhodes vs. Damian Priest has been announced for WWE’s Crown Jewel 2023 pay-per-view event.
And finally, Natalya revealed during a backstage segment that Tegan Nox was injured during her match with Lyra Valkyria on last week’s episode of WWE NXT. You can check out a video of that segment below:
