Next week’s episode of WWE NXT will emanate from the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Wednesday night (due to the 2024 Presidential Election on Tuesday) and will feature some interesting matches and segments announced.
Bubba Ray Dudley originally declined a request from Trick Williams to team with him against Ethan Page and Ridge Holland, but ultimately accepted the offer after being double-teamed by Page and Holland following a promo segment.

After winning her in-ring debut against Brinley Reece, Zaria was surrounded by Fatal Influence, Cora Jade, and Roxanne Perez, all looking to use the numbers game to give them an advantage to beat her down. Thankfully, Zaria had backup in Kelani Jordan, Giulia, Stephanie Vaquer, and TNA’s Jordynne Grace, setting up a 10-woman tag team match for next week.

It was also confirmed that Dawn Marie will be the special guest referee for the hardcore match between Lola Vice and Jaida Parker, following their issues over the past month or so.

While nothing was officially confirmed for what he would be doing, Rob Van Dam will also make an appearance of some kind, as it was left ambiguous that Ava would figure something out for him.

Also, Tony D’Angelo had a backstage segment where he was handed a cell phone by Luca Crusifino and Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo. A voicemail was played of someone upset with Tony D for not letting him know in advance that he was coming to Philadelphia, and will seemingly be trying to target his NXT North American Championship.

There’s also a chance we see follow-up from Adriana Rizzo going after Nikkita Lyons for having attacked her the previous week, though history has shown that we should expect that match to be booked sometime soon, if not next week.
