On a recent edition of WWE’s “The Bump,” newly crowned SmackDown Tag Team Champions Grayson Waller and Austin Theory vowed to restore the titles to their former glory.

Grayson Waller on the other competitors in the match: “You see all these flops? Slowly [climbing] in pain? We aren’t hurt a little bit. I just stayed away, I stayed down. These people are too dumb to attention to us. Then, when the opportunity comes, bang, bang, bang, I’m up. We’re the new tag team champions. Oh, the hush over Philadelphia, which we kind of Iike. We don’t want the cheers. It made me really happy how disappointed everyone in that crowd was to see us winning these tag championships. Get used to it.”
Waller on their goal with the titles: “We’re not just happy to be the champions. We are here to be the best tag team champions of all time. We’re already the best tag team in the world right now. The thing about the tag division in WWE is, it’s stacked. Raw, SmackDown, NXT too, the draft’s coming up. There’s a lot of good tag teams, but we are superstars. That’s what differentiates us from everyone else. We’re superstars, and we are bringing these tag team championships back to relevance.”
