Bayley is collaborating with Child Advocates of Silicon Valley to organize a toy drive that will be both virtual and in-person. The WWE Superstar shared the announcement on Instagram, as you can see below:

During a recent appearance on the “Busted Open Radio” podcast, Armando Estrada reminisced about his time as Umaga’s manager in WWE, reflecting on his experiences with the late wrestling icon.

You can check out some highlights from the podcast below:

On Umaga: “Taken far too soon, 36 years old, he left four young children and a wife behind. I truly believe that the performer never got to shine as much as he could’ve… He was intense — and again, this is a guy that was probably going at 60/70% speed.”

On Umaga’s intensity: “If he liked you, you were good. If he didn’t like you? Run.”

On Umaga’s feud with John Cena: “The plan was to build him up old school — nine months — before him and Cena touched. Their first match was in Rockford, Illinois, and they went six minutes (…) bell-to-bell.” Estrada recalled that three weeks after this, the men fought at a pay-per-view. “Before that they were doing 30 minutes on live events and just killing it, I mean … the chemistry!”

On first meeting Umaga: “The day we debuted in Chicago, I actually picked him up the night before in Chicago. And that was like the first time I got to spend time with him. Twenty four hours before we walked out on “Monday Night Raw” together.”

Freddie Prinze Jr. was not particularly upset to see LA Knight drop the WWE United States Championship, as he believed Knight didn’t need the title to become popular.

Knight lost the championship to Shinsuke Nakamura at WWE Survivor Series: WarGames 2024, and Freddie expressed his views on a recent edition of his “Wrestling with Freddie” podcast.

You can check out some highlights from the podcast below:

On Knight losing the title: “He never needed that belt. He didn’t need it. He’s too over. Titles are meant to help talent look great. That’s their sole function, is to help talent look great. The belt is to assist the wearer of the belt, sorry for the lack of a better term, but yeah LA Knight I never thought needed it.”

On stars like Knight, Kevin Owens and MJF not needing titles: “There’s just certain guys and certain girls that are so friggin’ good in every facet of the game — like MJF does not need a title. It’s awesome when they have ’em, but they can tell you stories that make you feel whatever it is they’re fighting for is just as important as a world championship. You don’t need a title.”
