WWE NXT General Manager Ava made the announcement on this week’s episode of WWE NXT that the Iron Survivor Challenge will be returning at NXT Deadline, set to take place Saturday, December 7, 2024, at The Armory in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
No matches have been scheduled or advertised for the lineup as of this publication, other than the implied two Iron Survivor Challenge bouts, but the participants in those matches are also up in the air.
After this announcement, Robert Stone took umbrage with Ava’s assessment that Philadelphia fans are the most hardcore pro wrestling crowds, badmouthing Philly and saying New York and Boston had rowdier fans.
This prompted TNA Wrestling’s Rhino to appear in the ring and give Stone a little ECW love with a gore to take him out.
