WWE NXT Battleground 2024 will take place on June 9, at the UFC Apex in the Las Vegas suburb of Enterprise, Nevada.
Dave Meltzer is reporting that the original plan for NXT Battleground 2024 was for Trick Williams to defend the NXT Title against Noam Dar.
However, the current plan is for Williams to face Ethan Page. WWE has yet to announce the main event for Sunday’s pay-per-view event.
Regarding the change, it was noted that Dar was “out,” and there is speculation on whether it was a storyline change or due to an injury, given the way he was written off television.
