As seen on this week’s episode of WWE SmackDown, Jacob Fatu made his debut by taking out Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, and Kevin Owens.

It is said that Fatu signed with WWE back in April, and he was spotted during WrestleMania 40 weekend in Philadelphia, PA.

According to a report from Fightful Select, Fatu has made “immediate good impressions” in WWE and has had a very respectful demeanor toward everyone backstage so far.

For those unaware, Fatu has never wrestled outside of the United States. Several sources within MLW have said the reason for this is due to a criminal record from when he was younger. These issues, which happened long ago, prevented him from accepting bookings outside of the country.

As of this writing, there is no word on whether his prior convictions will prevent him from traveling overseas. With that being said, a lot of the international pay-per-view events and TV tapings WWE has had in the spring and summer may have been a hurdle to the delay in his debut.

Finally, it was added that WWE’s new regime has long been interested in him – despite his past issues with the law.
