On a recent edition of “The Angle Podcast,” Bayley lavished praise on Roxanne Perez, acknowledging her as one of the most accomplished women’s champions in WWE NXT history.
Perez has defended the NXT Women’s Title against several challengers, including Natalya, Chelsea Green, and Jordynne Grace.
Bayley said, “Right now on fire is Roxanne Perez. She is probably one of the top women’s champions that NXT has had, if not the best, and that’s coming from a former NXT Women’s Champion. I also can’t wait for her to be here because she’s incredible in the ring she’s like a little Rey Mysterio but also like Eddie Guerrero, like very technical, she can do it all.”
Bayley lost the WWE Women’s Title to Nia Jax this past weekend at SummerSlam 2024.
