Bron Breakker had the honor of inducting The Steiner Brothers into the WWE Hall of Fame, but he was not WWE’s only choice for the role.
In a new interview with WKQD, Breakker spoke about his father Rick and Uncle Scott being back into the fold in WWE. He said,
“It’s just cool to see them back a part of WWE as well and just be in the mix with me. I just think that’s extremely important… I wouldn’t be here without them.”
Breakker also reflected on inducting the pair into the Hall of Fame and shared that while the obvious choice, he was not the only one. He said,
“I remember Ron Simmons being mentioned as a possibility because [Rick Steiner] and Ron Simmons were great buddies. I just thought to myself and they thought to themselves, ‘Who else is gonna do it other than Bron?'”
Scott Steiner recently appeared in the crowd at WWE Bad Blood in Atlanta, Georgia, as part of the several legends brought to the pay-per-view.
On WWE TV, Breakker recently lost the Intercontinental Championship to Jey Uso. He had held the gold since SummerSlam after beating Sami Zayn.
During the interview, Breakker also spoke about the NFL and his experiences transitioning from football to WWE. Click here to check out his comments.
