WWE/TNA Wrestling Hall of Famer Bully Ray has been liking what he’s been seeing from Bron Breakker since the second-generation star’s call-up.
Breakker was moved up to the main roster earlier this year and was drafted to Monday Night RAW during the 2024 WWE Draft.
On a recent edition of the “Busted Open Radio” podcast, Bully Ray spoke about Breakker targeting Ilja Dragunov as of late, a program he’s a fan of. He said,
“So far? Two thumbs up on Bron Breakker and Ilja Dragunov from me. I’m really liking what I’m seeing, especially -– not especially from, but Bron is truly sticking out because of his level of intensity. I mean, my god, it’s amazing.
“This guy is so quick, he’s so intense, he’s so unpredictable! That Frankensteiner off the top rope last night was done so quickly, and to perfection, I was like, ‘My god!’ I mean, but what do you expect? He’s half Rick Steiner, half Scott Steiner, he’s like a freaking wrestling cyborg. He’s a little bit smaller than his dad and his uncle, which is gonna give him that incredible speed.”
Breakker and Ilja Dragunov have a history in WWE NXT as it was the Mad Dragon that ended Breakker’s second reign as WWE NXT Champion.
Bron Breakker has also had issues with RAW General Manager Adam Pearce stemming from Bron not being included in this year’s King of the Ring tournament.
