Bully Ray hopes to see one of WWE’s top stars embrace their darker side once they’re back on TV after being out of action for over a year.
In December 2023, Charlotte Flair suffered a leg injury during an episode of SmackDown that resulted in the Queen missing all of 2024.
Recently, it’s been reported that Flair is growing close to a return, with some fans predicting a comeback during RAW’s Netflix debut.
On a recent edition of the “Busted Open Radio” podcast, Ray shared his thoughts on how Flair should be brought back to TV. He said,
“I want black diamond Charlotte Flair. I want Charlotte to go complete dark, Sith, black heel… I want her to get rid of the robes.”
Ray continued his movie comparison, saying that he wants Charlotte to have short, slicked-back hair like Trinity from The Matrix films.
The WWE/TNA Hall of Famer believes that Flair leaning into claims of nepotism and favoritism would complete this heel turn. He said,
“I want her to be the female emperor. I want her to be the absolute worst of the worst, look the part, and make people work up to her level.”
