Corey Graves hopes to do right by the WWE SmackDown brand after the recent changes to the broadcast teams.
During this week’s episode of WWE SmackDown, Graves was the play-by-play commentator alongside Wade Barrett, in their first broadcast as a unit.
Taking to Twitter after the show, Graves admitted to being excited and nervous about the future but hopes to do right by SmackDown.
I haven’t been that nervous in years.
A new role. A new mountain. A new challenge.
There will be bumps in the road. There is plenty of room for improvement.
But, as a lifelong fan, it is an honor.
I will do my best to do right by you.#SmackDown

In addition to the new SmackDown team, RAW will now be commentated by Michael Cole and Pat McAfee.
Kevin Patrick, who had been calling the action on SmackDown, was released last month.
