On a recent edition of the “Busted Open Radio” podcast, Donovan Dijak (Dominik Dijakovic) reflected on his tenure in the now-disbanded RETRIBUTION faction in WWE, where he assumed the role of T-BAR.
Following RETRIBUTION’s dissolution, T-BAR returned to NXT in 2022, reclaiming his original persona as Dijak. He said,
“The whole thing, it was an extremely double-edged sword for us both professionally and mentally. There’s so many positives and negatives all at the same time that it’s just really difficult to process. We’re all in WWE, we’ve all been in WWE or NXT anyway for a good chunk of time. Everyone in that group was in NXT for three years at that point — at that point, that’s a long tenure in NXT.”
Dijak had an impressive tenure in NXT. However, his transition to the main roster during the 2024 WWE Draft fell below expectations. Following his departure from WWE, the 37-year-old wrestler is now officially a free agent.
