Eric Young Calls Vince McMahon ‘The Greatest Promoter,’ Trick Williams vs. Ethan Page, RAW

In a recent appearance on the “Huge Pop” podcast, Eric Young stated that he hasn’t watched the new Netflix docuseries “Mr. McMahon” because it offers nothing new to him.

Young stated that he had already heard everything that was discussed in the series before. He said,

I don’t know what people were expecting. I mean, Netflix is married to the WWE, and no one understands better that he doesn’t work there anymore, but his legacy will be part of that company as long as it exists, and at one time, I would say, in my personal opinion, a genius and the greatest promoter living. He lost his way along the way obviously, and the documentary is certainly not kind. I haven’t seen it, but I know people that have. I don’t know if I’ll watch it or not, it’s certainly not on my list. There’s lots of other good TV that I’m busy watching. The stuff on there is all stuff that’s been talked about before, so it’s no news to me. But it’s definitely got the world and anybody that’s linked or affiliated with wrestling in any way talking and wondering what’s gonna happen. So never a dull moment in pro wrestling, that’s for sure.”

Trick Williams has posted a new diss track about WWE NXT World Champion Ethan Page, which references Scorpio Sky, Men of the Year, and The North.

In a Twitter post, WWE RAW General Manager Adam Pearce explained that the red brand is full of chaos as it is to be that way. He said,

Everybody says Monday Night Raw’s chaotic, it needs to be controlled more, it needs to be calmed down. Oh my god, who’s gonna reign everybody in? Nobody. Monday Night Raw is chaotic because I drafted it to be. I brought the most sadistic warriors in professional wrestling and sports entertainment together on Monday nights for one reason, and that is to deliver to you the most exciting program on worldwide television. I defy you to find another one out there. What are you gonna watch, SmackDown? I don’t think so. It’s the red brand, it’s the flagship. It’s chaotic, and it’s Monday Night RAW.
