World Tag Team Champion Finn Balor has praised the work of WWE President Nick Khan and the impact that he has had on WWE since arriving.
Khan joined WWE in 2020, replacing co-Presidents Michelle Wilson and George Barrios, and WWE has seen an up-take in its business ever since.
On a recent edition of the “What’s The Story” podcast, Balor acknowledged Khan’s work since coming to the company. He said,
“The crowds are down to, obviously the storylines are great, but the business since Nick Khan came in. He’s had such an impact on the business. I pretty much feel like when he came in is when the crowds started going up and up. It’s down to a lot of business decisions and contracts he’s been setting up with different media outlets and getting us different exposure. It’s helped a lot. God knows what’s going to happen with this Netflix deal.”
The Netflix deal will see WWE RAW move to the streaming juggernaut in January 2025, ending 32 years on syndicated television.
Fans outside of the U.S. will also receive WWE SmackDown, WWE NXT, and all pay-per-views as part of the deal.
