WWE Hall of Famer Bill Goldberg will compete in his final match in 2025, in a contest that could see him face World Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER.
Speaking to SEC Nation on Saturday morning, Goldberg confirmed plans to have his last match next year and called GUNTHER the “front runner” to be his final “victim.”
Goldberg and GUNTHER had a confrontation at WWE Bad Blood 2024 where GUNTHER mocked the WWE Hall of Famer.
The WWE/WCW legend hasn’t competed since Elimination Chamber 2022, where he lost to then-Universal Champion Roman Reigns.
Goldberg has since warned GUNTHER not to talk ill of him. GUNTHER will take on Cody Rhodes for the Crown Jewel Title at today’s WWE Crown Jewel 2024 pay-per-view event.
