Corey Graves returned to WWE on the latest edition of WWE NXT TV after missing last week’s show.
Graves previously shared his frustrations on social media about being moved from the RAW team to the NXT broadcast team.
Graves tweeted, “Imagine chasing your dream. Then being TOLD (not deciding) that you’re no longer physically able to pursue your dream. Then you dedicate your life to something “dream adjacent” and being pretty fucking awesome at it. And then, when it’s time to enjoy the fruits of your labor, being told you’re not famous enough for your own job. Just in case you’ve wondered where I’ve been.”
It is believed that Graves is truly upset about his transition to WWE NXT.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that Graves has two years left on his WWE contract and never intended to depart from the company.
The report states, “Graves has two years left on his contract. He wasn’t looking to leave the company even though many in the company viewed his tweets as that.”
