Thunderbolt Patterson will take his spot in the WWE Hall of Fame next week, and it has been revealed who’ll be inducting the legend.
Patterson will be inducted by radio personality and acclaimed journalist Scott Spears, according to a new report from The Marion Star.
In a recent interview, Spears spoke about his friendship with Patterson and what it means to him to be chosen for the induction. He said,
“This is such an honor for me. (Having) been friends with Thunderbolt for many years, and there is no one more deserving of this honor than him. For him to ask me to induct him is one of the great honors I have ever received, and I don’t take that lightly. I have been a fan of pro wrestling over the years, and the WWE has been nothing but great during this process.”
The WWE Hall of Fame will take place on April 5. Other inductees include Paul Heyman, Bull Nakano, the US Express, and Muhammad Ali.
