Next week, WWE Monday Night RAW emanates out of the Moody Center in Austin, Texas on August 12, 2024.
So far, only two matches have been announced for WWE’s flagship show returning to USA Network after two weeks on the SyFy network, but they’re far from inconsequential.
Sami Zayn had a backstage segment talking to Jey Uso about how he had already spoken to RAW General Manager Adam Pearce about getting a rematch against Bron Breakker for the Intercontinental Championship. That will take place next week, but with the added bonus stipulation that it will be a 2-out-of-3 falls match to truly settle this feud.

Along with that will be a No. 1 Contender’s Match where Kairi Sane and IYO SKY of Damage CTRL will face Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark to determine who gets the next shot at the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships and will earn a future match against the current champions, The Unholy Union (Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn), who had retained their titles over Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill on Friday Night SmackDown with some help from Blair Davenport.
This came about after several weeks of Damage CTRL and Sonya Deville’s trio brawling with each other, and Dakota Kai being attacked by Deville, Stark and Baszler backstage.

Next week’s episode of WWE Monday Night RAW will undoubtedly also feature some fallout of this week’s show, such as Bronson Reed’s attack on Seth Rollins, CM Punk’s continued feud with Drew McIntyre, Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley seeking vengeance upon The Judgment Day and more.
