On a recent edition of his “My World” podcast, Jeff Jarrett recalled his time working alongside Linda McMahon during his tenure with WWE. He said,
“Linda was very, very good to me during some tough times. She was always very good to me. But…you always…back in the day, it was Vince and Linda. You didn’t only hear ‘Oh, that’s Vince.’ It [was] ‘Oh, it’s Vince and Linda.’ And kind of the tag team that they were in building the entire brand.”
McMahon is now part of Donald Trump’s cabinet as the Secretary of Education despite Trump/Elon Musk’s intentions to dismantle the department.
Speaking about McMahon’s political role, Jarrett said that the matter was “stranger than fiction” but issued his congrats to the “very nice lady.”
McMahon has no background in serving in education except for briefly serving as part of the Connecticut Board of Education. She later resigned after lying about her qualifications.
McMahon had falsely claimed to have a degree in education. She later claimed that she thought her degree in French also classified as a degree in education.
