WWE Hall of Famer Jesse ‘The Body’ Ventura has confirmed that he has signed a new Legends deal with the promotion after decades away.

Ventura made the announcement on his Substack that he is under contract with WWE for the first time in over 20 years. He wrote,

“Yes, Gov. Jesse Ventura has officially returned to the WWE! Fresh off signing a new Legends contract, “The Body” shares his thoughts on why he has returned to the WWE after a two-decade absence. Plus, Jesse drops a few hints at just what the WWE and The Body have in store for the millions of wrestling fans around the world.”

On July 29th, Ventura attended WWE RAW in Minnesota. Ventura was shown on-screen and greeted by Triple H when he arrived at the event.

Fans won’t have to wait long before they see Ventura back on WWE programming as he will reportedly provide commentary for December’s Saturday Night’s Main Event.

Hulk Hogan infamously ratted on Ventura when Jesse tried to start a union in wrestling to improve the standing and rights of talent.

As a result, Ventura was blacklisted from WWE and only welcomed back briefly in 1999 after becoming the Governor of Minnesota.
