On a recent edition of “The Vanguard” podcast, former wrestler and politician Jesse Ventura revealed that he is engaged in discussions with WWE.
Ventura suggested that the talks began following the departure of Vince McMahon, who resigned from the company earlier this year amid allegations of sexual misconduct and is currently under investigation.
Ventura said, “I will tell you this, now that wrestling has chosen this new direction, shall we call it. Jesse Venture is in talks with them. It required them going in this new direction. I hope you get what I’m saying about the new direction. The direction the company is now going was good enough for Jesse Ventura and the WWE to begin talking again.”
Ventura’s last appearance with WWE was in 2009 when he served as a guest host for RAW.
