John Cena has lavished praise on his former WrestleMania rival The Miz, who Cena believes to be the most underrated star in WWE history.
During a preview for the upcoming WWE: Biography episode about The Miz, Cena gave the two-time former WWE Champion his props. He said,
“He’s the most, not one of the most, the most underrated WWE Superstar in the history of the business.”
The Miz and John Cena feuded in 2011 and the A-Lister retained the WWE Championship against Cena at WrestleMania 27 (albeit than to an assist from The Rock.)
Cena would regain the WWE Championship the following month at the WWE Extreme Rules pay-per-view event. The Miz’s episode will premiere on July 14.
