Kofi Kingston is ready for the WWE Universe to be a bit more sympathetic to himself and Xavier Woods after the hostile response they received on RAW.
During this week’s show, the fans drowned out the pair’s attempts to explain their decision to turn on Big E during the recent New Day ten-year celebration.
On Twitter, Kingston shared his disappointment in the fans who attended this week’s RAW and believes they should’ve been ready to listen.
I’m still so incredibly disappointed in the people of Wichita, Kansas for not letting us speak.
I’m also disappointed in the WWE Universe for your lack of sympathy on social media platforms. I really think that if you’d just hear us out, you’d change your minds.

This tweet caught the attention of Kevin Owens, who turned on Cody Rhodes at Bad Blood, and told The New Day “I’m listening.”
Big E has been out of action since March 2022 due to a broken neck but has remained active with WWE in non in-ring roles.
During their turn, Woods and Kingston argued that if Big E cared about The New Day, he would’ve returned from his neck injury by now.
