Tony D’Angelo received a call that appeared to be from Nunzio during Tuesday night’s episode of NXT, hinting at a possible interaction between the two on next week’s show at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, PA.
On Tuesday’s show, the reigning NXT North American Champion listened to a voicemail from someone Vic Joseph suggested might be former ECW/WWE Superstar Nunzio, who expressed his displeasure about being at the 2300 Arena next week without prior notice, mentioning that it wasn’t how they conducted business. He instructed D’Angelo to remember to bring his title.
D’Angelo assured Luca Crusifino and Stacks that he would handle matters next week. Nunzio, previously known as Little Guido in ECW, was the leader of the FBI (Full Blooded Italians).
